These general terms and conditions apply to the use of the Bosveld Media website. Project-specific work is further governed by the accepted quote, scope and any written agreement.

You may not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or use content in a misleading or harmful manner.
quotes and projects
A website query does not automatically create a service contract. A project starts after the scope, cost, timeline and payment terms have been confirmed in writing.
Changes beyond the confirmed range may affect costs and delivery dates and will be discussed and approved first.
Deposits, cancellations and reviews
A project location is confirmed when the accepted quote and required deposit have been received. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit is non-refundable after work has begun.
Cancellations before work starts must be sent in writing to info@bosveldmedia.co.za. If a project is cancelled after start, completed work and incurred third party costs can be invoiced.
Reviews within the confirmed scope must be submitted within seven calendar days of the presentation of the relevant draft.
Intellektuele eiendom
Bosveld Media retains rights to concepts, work materials, methods and unused designs, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Availability and Liability
We strive for an accurate and available website, but we cannot guarantee that it will always function without interruption or errors.
To the extent permitted by law, Bosveld Media shall not be liable for indirect loss arising solely from the use or temporary unavailability of this website.
